Healdsburg – Democrat Jim Wood, candidate for Assembly District 2, has received the support from Mayors from throughout the Assembly District. This list includes the following:

Joe Palla, Former Mayor of Cloverdale

Dave Turner, Mayor of Fort Bragg

Susan Jones, Mayor of Healdsburg

Scott Bartley, Mayor of Santa Rosa

Robin Goble, Former Mayor of Windsor

Jim Mastin, Former Mayor of Ukiah

Jim Wood is the incoming Mayor of Healdsburg and has served on the City Council for the past seven years. These mayors join an ever-growing list of local and state leaders in support of Wood’s Assembly campaign.

The 2nd Assembly district is one of the largest in California and includes Del Norte, Humboldt, Trinity, and Mendocino counties, and the northern half of Sonoma County. Due to term limits, current Assemblymember Wes Chesbro cannot seek re-election.
